Overview
About KIT Network
The Kanga Interminable Transformers (KIT) Network is a cooperative founded by Kanga High School alumni in 2019. Led by visionaries like Joel Ojuka, Mike Lekutit, and Jared Kipchirchir, KIT transforms communities through collaborative projects, alumni networking, and sustainable development initiatives that create lasting impact.
Project Challenge
KIT Network struggled to expand beyond the founding alumni group despite having ambitious community transformation goals.
Limited digital presence meant potential members and beneficiaries couldn’t discover KIT’s community development projects. Alumni networks weren’t effectively connected to participate in cooperative initiatives.
No clear communication of impact or project opportunities made it difficult to attract new members, donors, or community partnerships for transformation projects.
Project Solution
We positioned KIT Network as Kenya’s premier alumni-driven community transformation platform.
Strategic digital presence showcasing successful community projects and member achievements. Clear pathways for alumni engagement, community partnerships, and project participation.
Impact storytelling through project documentation and member testimonials. Professional platform demonstrating organizational credibility for potential donors and community stakeholders.
Project Results
Strong growth in alumni membership with increased participation in community transformation projects.
Enhanced visibility attracting community partnerships and development opportunities. Active engagement from both alumni networks and local communities benefiting from KIT initiatives.
Established recognition as impactful alumni cooperative. KIT Network transformed from small alumni group to recognized community development organization driving meaningful change across multiple Kenyan communities.
