CIEL Nairobi, an elevated rooftop lounge and nightlife destination in Westlands, needed a digital presence as refined and atmospheric as the experience it offers. As a premium venue built around mood, design, and a distinctive day-to-night identity, CIEL required more than a standard restaurant website it needed a platform capable of capturing its dual personality (the serene Terrace Bar by day and the electric Night Bar after dark), showcasing its weekly events line-up, and converting interest into table reservations. The brand also needed a polished way to present its menus, communicate its luxury positioning, and stand out in Nairobi’s competitive lounge and nightlife scene.
Project Solution
Kazibora Digital designed and developed an immersive, visually-driven website tailored to CIEL’s identity as Nairobi’s “Home of Artistry.” The solution presents the venue’s signature spaces and sensory design philosophy through rich imagery and evocative storytelling, alongside a full weekly events calendar; from Taste & Tempo Jazz Nights to Highlife Saturdays and Skyline Sundays. Key features include online table reservations, digital food and drinks menus, a venue gallery and virtual tour, multi-language support, an integrated Instagram feed to keep content fresh, and WhatsApp click-to-chat for instant guest enquiries; all wrapped in an elegant interface that mirrors the brand’s premium, mood-led atmosphere.
Project Results
The new website gives CIEL Nairobi a sophisticated digital home that authentically reflects its luxury positioning and ever-evolving rhythm. Guests can now explore the venue’s distinct experiences, browse the weekly events programme, view menus, and reserve a table with ease, while the integrated social feed and WhatsApp messaging keep the brand connected and responsive in real time. The project strengthened CIEL’s online visibility within Nairobi’s nightlife market, elevated its brand perception, and created a scalable foundation to promote events, drive reservations, and grow its community of bold, tasteful patrons.
