KaziBora Digital is a digital agency in Westlands, Nairobi founded in 2023 by brothers Manasseh Opiyo Adina and Ephraim Samson Odongo. We serve businesses across Kenya — and beyond — with web design, SEO, AI search visibility, website audits, and custom digital systems.
How Kazibora Digital Started
In February 2023, one of us — Manasseh — walked into Digital For Africa as a graphic design intern. The first month was unpaid, by choice: a way to prove the commitment was real before asking anyone to bet on it. By the second month, the work spoke for itself and the pay started.
What happened over the next ten months mattered more than the title. The graphic designer became a WordPress developer. The junior in the room started sitting in on the hard conversations — the pricing questions, the sales objections, the “why isn’t this working” meetings with corporate clients moving through the pipeline. And sometimes, the answers coming back across the table were his.
Somewhere in there, the question stopped being rhetorical: what’s actually stopping us from doing this ourselves?
Nothing was. So we registered KaziBora Digital.
The years since have not been a straight line. We’ve balanced employment against freelancing, learned how to price work properly by getting it wrong first, sat with client rejections and no-shows, and kept going. We started as three; today we are two brothers who carried it through the uncertain stretch. Nearly three years on, KaziBora is a working agency with a real client roster and its own software in the market.
We tell you this because it’s the honest version, and because it’s the reason we work the way we do. We learned this business on real accounts, with real money on the line, before we ever billed our own. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to now.

He’s the one who turns a business’s messy reality into a website that actually works, and the person clients talk to when they want to know what’s really going on. He learned the trade the hard way — on live corporate accounts — before starting KaziBora Digital.

Ephraim runs SEO, content, social media, and the fieldwork. If Manasseh makes the site work for people, Ephraim makes it work for search engines and the books. He’s the reason a KaziBora project holds together operationally from first invoice to final report.

We build modern, fast, SEO-optimised websites on WordPress — but the real work is underneath: clean structure, search-ready content, and the technical foundations that let a site actually get found and convert. We don’t hand over a pretty page and walk away.
Root-cause technical fixes most people can’t reach.
When a site is slow, invisible, or broken in ways nobody can explain, this is where we’re strongest. We’ve traced faults down to dead background processes, conflicting plugins emitting duplicate code, network-level content filters blocking sites on certain WiFi, and hosting-versus-domain misconfigurations. We find the actual cause, not the symptom.

Search is changing. People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI for recommendations — and those tools cite specific businesses. We engineer your online presence so you’re the business they name. Very few agencies in Kenya are doing this deliberately. We are.

We build tools, not just websites. Our own products — Urembo, a beauty-services marketplace and salon operating system, and KaziFlow — are proof that when off-the-shelf won’t do, we can engineer what’s needed from the ground up.
How we work
Contracts before work. We agree scope, price and terms in plain language before anything starts. It protects you as much as us.
You own your data. Your Google Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile are set up in your name, under your ownership. We operate them; you keep them. When our work is done, nothing walks out the door with us.
We say no to launching what isn’t ready. We’ve held our own products back for months rather than ship them half-baked. We’ll give you the same honesty about your project, even when it’s not what you want to hear.
