These terms apply when you use kaziboradigital.com, including the free Business Visibility Check and the paid 30-day Full Report Pass. By using the site or buying a pass, you agree to them.
1. About us
The site is run by KaziBora Digital, Nairobi, Kenya. KaziBora Digital is the trading name of KaziBora Digital Ltd, a company registered in Kenya (registration number PVT-KW1927RW). Contact: [email protected].
2. Using the website
You may use the site for lawful purposes. You must not try to break into it, overload it, copy its content in bulk, or use it to harm others. Content on the site (text, designs, images and code) belongs to KaziBora Digital or our clients and may not be reused without permission.
Our website design, SEO and other services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
3. The Business Visibility Check
The Business Visibility Check scores how easily customers can find, trust and contact your business online: your website (including how heavy it is to download), Google search, Google Maps and reviews, trust and contact details, social media and AI search. It uses a scan of your homepage and your answers to a few questions.
Free use gives you a score and the list of issues. Sharing your name and WhatsApp number unlocks the full fix guide and a personal report link you can come back to. The number of checks per visitor per hour is limited.
Only check websites you are entitled to check. The tool opens publicly available pages, the same way a visitor’s browser does. Do not use it to check websites in a way that would breach their own terms, and do not use automated scripts to send checks.
4. The Full Report Pass

A pass is not a subscription. It does not renew, and we will never charge you automatically.
5. Receipts and tax invoices
If you gave an email address, we email a receipt as soon as your pass unlocks. If you need a tax invoice, reply to it or WhatsApp us with your KRA PIN and we will send one.
6. Refunds
Because the full report unlocks as soon as you pay, passes are not refundable once used. We will refund you in full if you were charged twice, if the payment went through but your pass did not unlock and we cannot fix it within 2 working days, or if a fault on our side stops the tool working for most of your pass. To ask for a refund, email us with your receipt number within 14 days of payment.
7. How accurate the results are
Results are a guide, not a guarantee. Page sizes are measured from the files a page loads when we check it, and can differ from what a particular visitor’s browser downloads (for example because of cookies, ads, location or content loaded later by scripts). Websites change, so a result describes the page only at the moment it was checked.
The benchmarks we compare against come from published sources, which are linked on the tool page. They are not rules set by Google or any AI company, and following our suggestions does not guarantee any ranking, traffic or appearance in AI answers. Before changing a live website, make a backup or ask your developer.
8. Our liability
We provide the tool “as is” and may update, pause or withdraw it. If the tool is withdrawn while your pass is active, we will refund the unused days. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability to you for the Business Visibility Check is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other Kenyan law that cannot be excluded.
9. Suspending access
We may suspend a pass that is being shared, resold, automated or used to attack or overload websites. Where the misuse was not deliberate, we will contact you first.

11. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a pass is the one in force when you bought it. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
