Run your digital department like you own it.

You manage the website, the socials, the email — and the people who build them. This is the cohort that gives you the judgment to direct that work with confidence, not just approve it and hope.

Sound familiar?
You’re accountable for results you can’t fully evaluate. That’s not a skills problem — it’s an oversight gap.
01

Your vendor says the site is “optimised.” You have no reliable way to check whether that’s true.

02

Your team ships work to a standard you set by feel, because no one taught you what good looks like.

03

The numbers aren’t moving, and you can’t tell if it’s the strategy, the execution, or the platform.

Is this for you?

Built for the person in charge, not the person coding.

This isn’t a course for aspiring developers. It’s for the manager who already carries the responsibility and wants the command to match it.

This is for you if
  • You oversee a website, social channels, and email for your organisation
  • You manage or brief the people who do the hands-on work
  • You can approve a professional development expense yourself
  • You want to ask sharper questions and make better calls — fast
This isn’t for you if
  • You’re looking to become a full-time web developer
  • You want a passive video library to watch whenever
  • You have no say over your organisation’s digital platforms
  • You’re after quick hacks rather than durable judgment
What we cover

Four areas. One coherent picture of your digital function.

Each session closes a specific oversight gap. You leave able to direct the work, judge the output, and know exactly what to ask for.

1

Website design & development

What separates a website that converts from one that just exists. Structure, user journeys, and the build decisions that quietly make or break results — explained so you can evaluate them, not just admire them.

You’ll leave able to: tell a good build brief from a vague one, and know when a redesign is the answer versus a distraction.

2

Website Management

The unglamorous discipline that protects everything else: hosting, security, uptime, backups, and the maintenance rhythm that keeps a site healthy. The questions to ask your vendor, and the answers that should worry you.

You’ll leave able to: hold a vendor accountable on the things that actually matter, and spot neglect before it becomes a crisis.

3

Search Engine Optimisation

How being found actually works — and why most of what’s sold as “SEO” is noise. You’ll learn to read the signals that matter, set realistic expectations, and judge whether your investment is working.

You’ll leave able to: separate real SEO progress from vanity activity, and brief work that compounds instead of churns.

4

Digital Marketing

Tying it together: how website, content, social, and email work as one system rather than four disconnected tasks. The strategic frame that turns scattered activity into a function with a direction.

You’ll leave able to: set priorities across channels with intent, and explain the plan to leadership in language they trust.

The format

A focused live cohort, not a video dump.

Small enough that you’re a participant, not a spectator. Structured enough to finish.

“We built this after watching capable managers get talked in circles by their own vendors. The fix was never more software. It was better judgment.”

The Digital Command Masterclass

KES 18,000

A single payment you can approve yourself — no committee, no proposal.
  • All four live modules
  • The vendor-conversation script pack
  • The digital health-check toolkit
  • Direct Q&A in every session
  • A recording to revisit afterwards

Seats are limited to 12 — when they’re gone, the next cohort is the only option.

Before you ask

Straight answers.

Yes — that’s the entire point. This is built for managers who came up through marketing or communications, not code. Nothing here assumes you can build a website yourself. It assumes you’re responsible for one and want to direct it well.

No, and that’s deliberate. You’ll learn to judge, brief, and oversee the work — which is far more valuable to someone in your role than learning to code. If you wanted to become a developer, there are cheaper places to do that.

Because recorded courses get bought and never finished. A live cohort with a fixed start, a small group, and real Q&A is what actually gets you to the other side. You’ll also get a recording to revisit, but the live sessions are where the value is.

The price is set so you can expense it without organisational sign-off, but a formal invoice is available if you’d prefer to route it through your finance team. Just ask when you reserve.

Each session is recorded and shared with the cohort, so a missed session is recoverable. That said, the live attendance is where the questions get answered — come if you possibly can.

Stop approving work you can’t evaluate.

The next cohort is small and it fills on a first-come basis. Reserve your seat while it’s open.
