The problem
The store had moved from frontdoorke.com to grabandgo.ke. Old links had to keep working, Google had to learn the new site, sales tracking was split across several tags, and once an order was placed there was no simple way for staff, riders or customers to follow it to the door.
What we did
- All 1,139 old frontdoorke.com links redirected to the matching pages on grabandgo.ke.
- Google Search Console and GA4 set up, with one clean tag setup so every sale is counted once.
- Cart and checkout fixes, so customers can complete orders on the new site.
- Search titles and descriptions for every product and shop category, and written descriptions for 293 products that had none.
- Grab&Go Ops: an order console for staff, a rider app that confirms pickup and delivery by QR code, and order tracking for customers.
What it does now
Customers find Grab&Go on Google, order any time of day or night and can follow their order to the door. Staff and riders run every delivery from one console.
